Production & Shipment

Your new furniture will be manufactured in Central Java. A region in Indonesia, most respected for its artisans and handicrafts, especially the various products of woodworking. The local craftsmen bring a history of magically transforming wood into quality furnishings, recognized worldwide as amongst the best.

In rough estimation, the whole process of turning your blueprint into a finished item will require 30-40 days of production, affected also by your order quantity. Duration in transporting your order from the center of Indonesia to your city may vary between 1-7 days. 

Quality Control & Safety Guarantee

To ensure the result of production accurately matches your expectation, we carefully handpick the ingredients - from the wooden frames to the selections of cushions and fabrics. The construction process is also monitored regularly to ensure your order is on schedule.

After the final inspection, we load your new furniture for shipment and once they have arrived, you have 5 days to check and report any faulty items to our Customer Service, who will attempt to offer you a compensation or replacement solution.

Things to note from a fully customized furniture

Each pieces of your order will be handcrafted individually, from building the structure to applying upholstery – all hand-done by seasoned workers. Though they certainly know what they’re doing, the law of handicraft does apply which means slight variation in the finished goods is to be expected.

Wood Finishing : Due to the natural wood grain, slight differences in color and pattern contrast may happen between furniture of the same finish.

Fabric & Leather Appearance : Color and texture of fabric and natural leather may vary once materials are processed into upholstery, though very faintly visible. 

Size Tolerances : Be advised that in cases of bulk orders, we approve a size tolerance of 1” of specified dimension for each individual pieces.
