Do you accept custom orders (shape/size/color)?

We are hard and relentless in pursuing excellence within our services which also include providing our invaluable partners from hotels, restaurants and cafes with tableware items that are precisely what they are looking for. Come 2018 we are opening our doors to custom orders. More about this as we approach the new year so stay tuned!

I’d like my restaurant logo printed on my new dinner plates. Would that be possible?

We are making every endeavour to perfect our custom branding. We did complete several projects with coffee shops for custom branding on coffee cups with great successes. As for plates and bowls, we are still in research process but we're definitely getting there. At the moment please direct enquiries to

I just bought two bowls of the same design/model but turns out the pattern and color are slightly different. Are these defected items?

Most of our products are crafted with special glaze and coloring technique applied directly by hand. Slight differences in color or pattern between two items that fall under the same name/design are not considered as flawed/defected products but purely natural result of the art of pottery-making.

What are your shipping carriers?

At the present time, we only work with JNE for their reasonable price, trusted service especially how they handle our physically fragile products and the access they have to cities all across Indonesia. Amongst their services are the extra fast One-Day Service (YES), Regular Service (OKE & REG) and Overland Route (JTR) which is the safest for bulk orders but takes longer. You will be prompted to choose a service after checking out of your shopping cart.

You are shipping highly fragile, porcelain-made items. Is it safe?

We apply factory-standard packaging, ensuring safety and risk of breakage to the minimum. Just in case you do accept broken/damaged products, please take a picture and send a report to our email/line.

Do you have any outlet or showroom for offline purchases or store-visits?

We currently do not have any active outlet but we do have a showroom in our base at Medan. If you’re around, you are more than welcome to drop by. However, please note that showroom visits are by appointment only so you can contact us via Line @brewsuniq if interested. We sincerely hope for your support so that we may one day appear in your city!

Do you cater to bulk purchases? And will there be any special price?

Yes we serve both retail and wholesale purchases. While we do not offer different prices, wholesalers will get free shipping promotion and special discount in the form of vouchers. Checkout our free shipping for more detail.

The plate I’d like to order is labeled Sold Out. When will it be restocked?

We try our best to keep all our items especially the popular ones ready-stock for your new coffee shop which may be opening very soon. Unless unexpected setbacks occur, sold-out items will normally be restocked in 6-8 weeks. You may contact us via Line or email to check if the design you want is available for indent or pre-order.

What’s happening in the Special Offer page?

Discounted items, special bundles, clearance sales, it’s basically a page for bargain items. Our passionate team never stops introducing hot deals. For example, every weekend our system will randomly select several products for a massive 15% discount off original price.
